Building a fully responsive wireframe (has actual design components but no working database) that has a fully clickable interface and simple user logins and provisioning allows clients to not only see there web application across all devices but fully click through the entire checkout process, sample a sign up process or view dashboards when logged in on the backend. What this means is you can see your web application or software build and click through as each user type to really get a full sense of the user flow, use cases and what the user experience feels like. Using this process allows also for the client to get a real sense of what the web application not only looks like on a desktop, tablet or mobile device but truly experience it from all angles.
What this means is we can make shifts in the user flow and experience before the heavy logic and working database is put in place to make it really work. Sure wireframes are nice but having an interactive clickable wireframe with the actual design allows for less refactoring, faster development speed and bang on assurance of a product expectations.
